Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing

This is a method used to print on clothing. The process itself resembles digital printing on paper. Pigmented water-based inks are applied to the garment’s surface and are absorbed by the product’s fibers.

ALL measurements are in inches. Please measure from across chest, not around chest.

Keep your tees looking great!

  • Wash your tee inside out. This will help prevent damage to the printed design
  • Wash in cold water, use a mild detergent
  • Tumble dry on low or allow the clothing to air dry

Returns

Note that we do not accept returns. To ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase, we strongly recommend reviewing all product details and asking any questions you have before buying. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy. If you have any questions or concerns before purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team for help.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please email us within 10 days of receiving your order. Include your order number in the subject line and attach a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll work with you to resolve it. Please note that any returned item must be in the exact same condition you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can cancel or change your order within one hour of placing it. Please get in touch within one hour of having placed your order. You might be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Keep in mind that our cancellation and order modification policy only applies during business hours.
In the event your order arrives with missing items Ink Doodle will process a replacement for the affected items. The Incomplete or Missing Item Claim Window is set at 10 days from the date the order was marked as delivered. To submit a claim, proof of purchase is required and photo evidence may be necessary. Issuance of replacement orders will be held until Ink Doodle can confirm that the order was sent out with missing items or components. Additional conditions apply to items lost or damaged in transit.
We ship to most locations in the United States, but with some exceptions. Specifically, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories.
Order Fulfillment: Unless otherwise indicated on the product page, for in-stock orders, order fulfillment takes up to 3 business days to pick, pack, and ship orders.

Shipping Timing:

Shipping options and associated costs are displayed during the order checkout process. Once an order is processed you should receive your items within 4 to 6 business days.

Shipping updates will be sent to the email address used to place the order as the order is processed.

Understanding Chargebacks
A chargeback is a way for your bank or financial institution to dispute a transaction and request a refund. While it’s an option available to you, initiating a chargeback without contacting our customer support first can actually delay the resolution of your issue and may affect our ability to provide you with the best possible service.

Chargeback Fees
In cases where a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our customer support team, or if it’s found to be frivolous or fraudulent, we reserve the right to charge a chargeback fee. This fee helps cover our administrative and processing costs.

How We Handle Chargebacks
When we receive a chargeback notification from our payment processor or financial institution, we conduct a thorough investigation. This includes reviewing your order details, communication history, and any supporting documents from both sides. Please understand that the investigation process can take several weeks, as we must adhere to timelines set by issuing banks. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Resolutions and Refunds

  • If the chargeback is found to be valid and supported by sufficient evidence, we will comply with your financial institution’s decision.
  • If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, any refund we previously issued will be reversed, and the original transaction will be reinstated.
